THE TORTOISE AND THE HARE REVISITED

I'm obviously the tortoise...it seems like there's so much to do and it doesn't get done fast enough...but I always finish somehow. I finished this at midnight last night. I don't know how well I'll do with keeping up with the monthly challenges because I'm over my head with Trowbridge by itself, but I'll just have to take it a month at a time. I look forward to getting to know all of you better in Picture Bookies in the days ahead.

Oh Bron, you are amazing! I love this character and your sense of humor. What a nice surprise to find this guy preparing something for the Picture Bookies. I think he may need another cup of tea if he wants to finish his drawing. Hey, is that MY pen? I must have left it there the last time I was caught behind my drawing board. I guess he can keep it. Love the sneakers!

Bron I just love him! Love the green tea and the tennis shoes. The Picture-Bookies on his baseball hat is a wonderful touch.

I can so relate to so much work and so little time.

Your sense of humor really rings through with the statement at the bottom.

Great Job!

Bron, you are a master! This is fantastic! Clever, well executed, and the details are great! I'm glad I'm not the only one feeling overwhelmed lately. Once my book is finally complete in about a month (woo hoo!) I'll feel muuuuch better, too! :) Awesome work! -Gina

Wow..this is strange. I thought my post/comment on this went thru the other day, but I guess it never made it.
This is such fun. his expression, the way he is hunched over the drawing board, and the style of it. I feel like a tortoise all the time. It's not always a bad thing...as the story shows. Great illo!

Bron, You have such a fun style!!! I love the turtle, and how you merge yourself with this character. Don't we all feel like that sometimes??? I like your wit. Excellent job!
