The Peahen Pen

If you were a peacock with a desire to become a writer, you wouldn' t have to go to far to find a pen with which to write.

Ginger,

This is wonderful! It is refreshing and fluid. I love it.

Wonderful, Ginger! Again, I think your best work is your pen and ink - keep up this new fun and energetic direction!

Thank you both... I have to keep this up for a while as the chapter book I am illustrating is all in B&W inside and I will get to do a full color cover. It is a nice change and although I miss the painting, this is fun too.

Very nice peacock painting, Ginger, and a clever idea. You probably know that if you promote to educational publishers you will get line drawings by the pound. Most of the inside of many of the educational publisher's books is line art. On some books you will spend weeks just doing line art.
